  • Transaction and Payment History: Order details, payment methods, transaction references, and wallet balances (we do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes; these are processed securely via certified payment gateways).
  • Device and Telemetry Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, push notification tokens, and crash analytics.
  • Location Tracking: For Delivery Partners, background and foreground location data is collected during active delivery shifts to calculate delivery routes and update customers in real-time.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders and dispatching delivery partners.
  • Providing real-time tracking and delivery status alerts.
  • Sending transactional notifications, OTP verifications, and invoice receipts.
