1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to B-SuperMart. By accessing or using our mobile applications (User App and Delivery Partner App), website, and associated delivery services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into binding contracts. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid phone number and email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Pricing, Orders, and Acceptance

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees and applicable convenience charges are clearly presented before checkout. B-SuperMart reserves the right to cancel or decline any order due to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery and Fulfilment

We strive to deliver orders within the estimated delivery windows shown in the app. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, adverse weather conditions, peak demand, or unforeseen events. Delivery partners will attempt delivery at the specified address; failure to receive delivery after multiple contact attempts may result in order cancellation and restocking charges.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel an order before it has been processed and dispatched from the local store or fulfillment hub. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations are generally not permitted except as provided under our Refund Policy.

6. Delivery Partner Code of Conduct

Delivery partners are independent contractors who represent B-SuperMart's commitment to speedy, safe, and courteous service. Delivery personnel must adhere to traffic laws, maintain hygiene standards, and verify orders accurately before handing them over to customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

B-SuperMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including interruptions, service delays, or errors.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our apps following the posting of updated terms indicates your acceptance of the changes.
